The Alliston Junior C Hornets are done for the season after taking a 6-2 loss in game five of their best of seven semi-final series with the Port Hope Panthers. The inaugural JAK Fund Washer Toss Tournament was held on Saturday March 25 at the Tottenham Community Fitness Centre to rave reviews. Forty-eight two-player teams came out to support the Justin Alexander Keogh (JAK) Fund, a not-for-profit organization that raises funds to aid teens and young adults in transition. The fund was started three years ago in memory of Justin Keogh, who at the age of 18, tragically lost his life in an automobile accident along with two other local teens.

The Beeton Stingers Major atom local league team have done what few Atom division teams have accomplished. They went the entire season without a single loss and claimed the Simcoe Region Local League championship. With head coach Mike Sommers leading the way on the bench, the team went 25-0-1 for the regular season to finish in first place.
