Truck hits buildings in Tottenham

A transport truck collided with three buildings in Tottenham on the morning of Thursday, Jan. 14, after the driver crossed the sidewalk of the opposite direction. Eye witnesses and oncoming drivers said the accident was nothing short of a miracle, as no one was seriously hurt in the collision. New Tecumseth Fire Rescue and Nottawasaga OPP responded to the scene, closing Queen Street at Mill Street for several hours. A heavy-duty tow truck was used to remove the transport truck, that ended its sidewalk “truck-o-geddon” inside the stairwell of the apartments above AM/PM Convenience store.
