Royal LePage RCR Realty Beeton celebrated its grand opening in a newly renovated Main Street location last Saturday afternoon.

The group of realtors moved from the previous location across the street, where they had been since 2014.

“We moved to that location because it was a smaller, albeit quaint space, but with our desires to grow and expand that space did not work for Royal LePage anymore, so we decided to search for, and acquire, a new space which would provide us with the freedom to grow and expand into a full service office as opposed to the satellite office we were previously,” said sales representative Shannuna Jordan.

With room to grow, the new location now has a full-time secretary, and functions at full capacity like some of the larger Royal LePage RCR offices.

“We took over this space in August 2018 but the process was a long one, the search was exhausting to find the perfect space and then once we did, the renovations were extensive as we had the task of changing the former Hava Java space which was functioning as a restaurant/cafe, into a professional office,” adds Jordan. “We obtained all necessary permits and enlisted Phil Jordan, Eric Findlay and Joe Feiner to do the renovations. We have been extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of the renovations which took place.”

Currently there are four full-service realtors working from the Beeton location – mother and daughter duo Pat and Shannuna Jordan, Karen Smith and Allison Ferrante with a combined expertise in both residential and commercial real estate.

There new office space boasts six offices, and a boardroom, as well as a large and inviting foyer.

“The office is always searching out new and experienced talent to join our team at Royal LePage RCR and we are happy to welcome any realtors that may want to see what the Beeton office has to offer them,” said Jordan.

“This endeavor is something we, as a team, are extremely proud of. A vision was put forth and it came together perfectly. We feel that this space perfectly represents the mixture of both modern and traditional that is Royal LePage RCR. Our company is the most recognized real estate company in Canada and we feel that our presence will certainly benefit the area. We are in the office daily and we welcome the residents to stop in for all things real estate, or just to say, ‘Hello!’,” Jordan told The Times.
