St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Secondary School in Tottenham held its annual Terry Fox Run on Thursday, September 26.
With all of the student participation the run was a huge success!
This year our goal was $3,000 and we are almost there!
Even though it rained, we walked and ran with pride for Terry before and after the rain stopped.
There was a football game on our field and when the rain stopped everyone, in all of their amazing grade-level colours, watched and ate freezies until the day was over.
Throughout 22 years of participating in the Terry Fox Run, our school has raised over $104,000, which is the most money of any school in the region.
All of the participation and spirit shown throughout the school the whole day was amazing to see and we are so excited to do it again next year to support this amazing cause!
