Tickets are now available for Home for the Holidays on Thursday, November 26, a new fundraiser organized by the Stevenson Memorial Hospital Foundation (SMHF).
This event will help raise critical funds for the most urgent needs as Stevenson Memorial Hospital staff care for our community, while also managing the demands of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Guests can experience a behind the scenes look and step-by-step guide to the creation of Simcoe County’s finest gastro-sensations, as you watch the Nottawasaga Inn’s Head Chef walk you through how to cook a gourmet holiday meal, as well as a demo from Murphy’s Farm Market & Bakery of their delicious mini pies.
Each guest will have the option to pick up the same packaged meal earlier in the day to enjoy as they watch these two local talents.
There will also be an auction to help you get a jump start or finish your holiday shopping. Tickets are $150 for dinner and the show, or $50 for the show.
“We’re excited to offer a new way to bring the magic of the season home, with Home for the Holidays,” says Tanya Wall, Executive Director, SMHF. “This is a fun opportunity to enjoy a night in, while supporting your local hospital, in a delicious way. It can also be a creative way to celebrate your staff and respect social distancing guidelines, instead of a traditional holiday party. We’re proud to partner with the Nottawasaga Inn and Murphy’s Farm Market & Bakery, as we continue to support the urgent needs of Stevenson Memorial Hospital.”
