OPP make quick arrest after robberies in New Tec

On Wednesday May 14, Nottawasaga OPP Street Crime Unit, Nottawasaga OPP Uniform Members and Central Region Crime Units completed a thorough detailed investigation, and as a result arrested two male youths for armed robberies that took place at the Husky Gas Bar located on Victoria Street East in Alliston on Monday May 5 and Sunday May 11. Both youth offenders are presently in custody and are scheduled to appear today for Bail Hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice located in Barrie. The names of the two arrested persons cannot be released in accordance with provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA). The investigation is concluded and further information will be released as it becomes available.
