Adjala-Tosorontio staff have been asked to keep on working on selling dog licenses in the township.
Mayor Tom Walsh in reviewing dog tag sale statistics at the last council meeting that sales of tags were down below last year.
“Certainly there still seem to be a lot of dogs in the township,” said Walsh.
Karl Korpela, the township’s by-law enforcement officer, said since June 30 that the township has additional dog tags which brought up to total number of tags sold last year.
