Well here we are September is upon us and things are ramping up at the legion. Firstly our Early Bird Membership is on, come in and pay your membership or join the legion before December 1st and the cost is $50, after December 1st it is $60. Anyone is welcome to join and we are always looking for new members. Just a reminder for our members our general meeting night is the fourth Tuesday of the month.
On Monday nights we are trying to get our euchre league back up and going anyone wanting to play is welcome there is a sign up sheet at the bar, our Tuesday night snooker league will be starting up soon watch here for a start date. Thursday nights we have our mixed dart league, we have started but there is a couple spots left and we are always looking for spares. Our Friday night Jamb Night is starting back up this Friday and will happen the second and fourth Friday of the month upstairs at the legion, come out and play or listen to our very talented local musicians. We also host blind draw darts on Friday nights anyone is welcome to come and enjoy the fun. On Sundays we have our Sunday Dart League.
Watch our column for up coming events, anyone and everyone is welcome to come. Our Remembrance Day Events will be coming up and the dates will be posted. Our red shirt Friday promotion we had this summer for a free membership is over but we encourage people to still wear a red shirt on Fridays to support our armed forces and all they do.
