Beeton Stingers hit the ice

The Beeton Stingers Atom Rep team hit the ice this past weekend to start their 2013/2014 season. With a few new players to the squad and only a couple of practices together they knew it was going to be a tough weekend of hockey with games against Stouffville, Georgina and Schomberg.
All weekend long the Stingers battled hard and with every shift they got better and more confident.
There was lots of hard skating and good passes but when all was said and done they were 0–3 on the weekend.
They held their heads high, had fun and had smiles before and after each game. This little team from Beeton has shown again that no matter what, they are determined and have the heart of a lion and will not give up.
