Catch the buzz…

The inaugural ‘The Great Big Beeton Contest’ created quite the buzz in the community and the creativity from all the artists was impressive. The display at the Beeton Honey and Garden Festival 2013 was well received and the public showed their appreciation by casting over 1000 votes.

The Beeton Tottenham Business Improvement Association (BTBIA) is excited to announce ‘The Great Big Beeton Bee Contest Part 2’.

We welcome all artists to enter their rendition of a bee made of weather resistant materials such as wood, metal, copper, concrete, glass etc.

The artistic entries will be judged at this year’s Beeton Honey and Garden Festival  May 24th, 2014 by public voting.

First place wins $2000, 2nd place wins $1000 and 3rd place wins $500. All entries submitted may become the property of the BTBIA and will not be returned. The Bees may be displayed throughout Beeton, for visitors and locals to enjoy. All artists must be 18 years of age or older.

We encourage friends, family and the public to come out to see the bees at the Beeton Honey and Garden Festival on Saturday May 24th, where they can vote for their favourite Bee.

Watch for last year’s Bee’s to be displayed in the Village of Beeton starting April 1st, 2014.
