County council takes July off

As has been its policy for many years, Simcoe County council is planning to take the month of July off.
County councillors approved their summer schedule Tuesday which will see the Human Services, Performance Management and Corporate Services committees meet during the second week of August. A regular county council meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 27.
County Warden, Cal Patterson, can hold a special meeting, if required, at any time.
