Dog wash for charity

On Saturday, the Tottenham & District Lions Club Inc. held a charity dog wash in the Tottenham Home Hardware parking lot. Throughout the day 20 dogs were washed to perfection and a total of $200 was raised for the Lions Foundation. The money will be used to train service dogs at the Oakville facility. “A special thanks to Home Hardware for letting us use their hose to wash the dogs,” said event organizer Shirley Wilding.
