St. James Catholic Elementary School held its Annual Career Day on Friday May 10th. Organized by the St. James Catholic School Community Council, the event included several volunteers who spoke to students about their career path, including: Ms. Wendi Allan – Electrician; Miss Gabriella MacPherson & Miss Nicole Pacilla – Sutherland Models; Dr. Katherine Morrison – Pediatrician/Endocrinologist; Mr. Cornelius O’Connell – TTC Track Structure; Ms. Nicole Ostrynski – Hairdresser; Ms. Hina Rizvi – Fashion Designer, HR Collections; Mr. Chris Watson – Lawn Care Specialist, Watson Lawn Care. OPP officers Constable Tara Murphy and Aux. Inspector Mariush Runevich also spoke with Grade 1 & 2 students.
