Former Baxter hall changing to flower shop

The former Orange hall in Baxter has crossed the final hurdle to its conversion to a flower and gift shop.
Essa council gave approval to the final site plan application for the hall located at 75 Denney Drive in Baxter. The hall was sold to the current owner in September, 2011.
Township planning staff reported to council that requirements for customer parking and septic requirements have been meet along with a proposed entrance for the building.
