The Hair Gallery, located at Church Street at Victoria Street in Alliston, will be offering $15 haircuts all day long on the Saturday of Potato Festival (Aug. 10th).
Proceeds from the haircuts will go to the Children’s Treatment Network (CTN), which supports children, and their families, with multiple special needs. Network funding allows these children to receive the specialized services they need, closer to home.
Representatives from the CTN will be on hand during the day, which runs roughly from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., along with some of the children they support.
Those in needs of a haircut can expect a street-side wet-down and trim. With the demand on stylists that day, a full wash and blow-dry won’t be possible.
“We have been really touched by the reaction from the Children’s Treatment Network,” said salon coordinator, Florence Jervais. “The owner of the Hair Gallery, Nina Katehos, and I are really glad we’ve chosen the CTN as our recipient this year. They have been so thankful and are working with us to make this day a success.”
The Hair Gallery promises “all hands on deck” during Potato Festival, so come on down and get your haircut for an amazing price, benefiting an amazing cause.
