The Nottawasaga OPP received a traffic complaint on March 10 at 8:16 p.m. regarding a vehicle nearly striking parked vehicles on Albert Street in the Town of New Tecumseth.
Police located the vehicle on Ruthven Crescent and arrested the male who had been driving a pickup truck.
Charged is 49 year Seguin Township Lauri Kettunen, he is charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Over 80 mgs under the Criminal Code of Canada. His vehicle was towed and seized from the scene.
He will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on May 1, in Bradford.
