The Nottawasaga OPP conducted a traffic stop on March 23, at 1:56 a.m. on Victoria Street near Boyne Avenue in Alliston. The vehicle was initially stopped for a Highway Traffic Act infraction. The traffic stop became an impaired investigation and the driver was arrested.
Charged is a 41 year old Town of New Tecumseth resident, Arnim Ali, he is charged with one count of Over 80 mgs of alcohol, under the Criminal Code of Canada.
He will appear on April 17, in Bradford at the Ontario Court of Justice to answer to this charge.
