Coffee connoisseurs are in for a treat as the new café ‘Classique’ opens for business in Tottenham’s downtown core.
Classique, is a family run business, owned by Sandra Gallardo and Richard Whittle, that offers high quality products, and Sandra says she understands that people will expect excellence from her coffee – so an excellent coffee is what she plans to produce.
Sandra, originally from Ecuador, told The Times that, “back home we drink a lot of good coffee,” and that is what she and her family want to bring to Tottenham.
Classique offers regular and dark roast coffee. Both coffees have a rich taste and strong aroma.
The coffee shop also offers a stellar lineup of snack foods, including cookies (we recommend the Cowgirl Cookie), and baked goods, along with soups and sandwiches for the lunch crowd.
The atmosphere at Classique is welcoming and warm – with eclectic furniture groupings and the hum of jazz music in the background.
Classique is located in downtown Tottenham (across from the antique shop on Queen Street) in the site of the former youth centre.
Come to Classique during regular business hours – 6 a.m. until 8 p.m. daily – to try the coffee, and stay to welcome the new business owners to the neighbourhood.
