OPP close road for assault investigation

The Nottawasaga OPP were called to a residence at 10:23 p.m. on September 10, in relation to an assault investigation. As a result of the police investigation, OPP closed County Road 1 for 5 hours for public safety during a search for an outstanding suspect.

The Nottawasaga OPP now have that suspect in custody and the investigation is continuing. The County Road 1 area of Adjala-Tosorontio near Concession 2 was reopened on the morning of Sept. 11th.
