Regarding Gord Kinnon’s letter on planning along Dayfoot Street
The long term direction set by the Town in its official plan designates all of Dayfoot St. on both sides as low density residential except for one block of property on the southwest and one further north.
Where pre-existing uses are inconsistent with the official plan, these will be dealt with whenever there is an opportunity to do so, as part of the planning process.
