The male showed obvious signs of impairment and proceeded to a vehicle where he opened his vehicle door to get in the driver’s seat. Nottawasaga OPP intercepted this male and his vehicle to ensure he couldn’t set the vehicle in motion.

Charged is 51 year old David Glover from the Ottawa area, he is charged with Being Intoxicated in a Public Place under the Liquor Licence Act. During a Police check, it was revealed that the male was a Suspended Driver.
