Taylor’s Jewellers supports local charities

Last week, Taylor’s Jewellers of Alliston donated a cheque for $500 each to Matthews House Hospice and My Sister’s Place. “At our store, we have a donation jar and when we perform tasks that don’t cost us more than our time, we ask our guests to donate to a local charity of their choice,” said Rose Taylor, manager. “Every year we get input from our employees and clients and this year they chose Matthews House Hospice and My Sister’s Place. The donations totaled $887 and Taylor’s Jewellers funded the balance to make up the $500 each.” Taylor went on to say that the opportunity within her store provides the community with an opportunity to be “aware of the power of giving.”
