Theft complaint results in criminal charges

The Nottawasaga OPP responded to a theft complaint involving two neighbours and conducted an investigation.
As a result of the investigation Rene Moore age 56 of Alliston was arrested and charged with Breach of Probation x3 and Theft Under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. Moore was also charged with Possession of Marijuana contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Moore was transported to Barrie court for a bail hearing on September 12th.
