“Supporting Business and helping Communities Grow is what we are all about,” said Jess Prothero, President of the TBDCC. “This year we have focused on daily marketing, event promotions, community outreach, tourism and some great new initiatives to support local shopping, like our new Coupon Connection Program, which is just in its launch now. We have had about 20 new members join us just in our last quarter alone and we are growing stronger.”
The Tottenham-Beeton & District Chamber of Commerce reaches out to businesses in the main core as well as those beyond the town limits and works to empower our business members through community partnership and education. Our newest speaker series will be starting this winter. This series will offer our members a chance to learn how to build their business as well as offer networking opportunities. The growth and success of our business community is very important to the TBDCC.
Your Chamber of Commerce is a vital support in our Community. Our members help to support and are involved in community organizations and events such as Tottenham Bluegrass Festival, which just celebrated their 30th Anniversary, Tottenham Community Week, Beeton Honey Festival, Beeton Fall Fair (Sept 13th – 15th), Tottenham Classic Car and Truck Show, Toot n Hollar, and the Tottenham & Beeton Santa Clause Parades. The Tottenham–Beeton & District Chamber of Commerce is bringing back our Holiday Wreath Program and our Chamber Christmas Tree Challenge, where our Chamber business members are asked to decorate a tree and put it in there store front or outside their business. Community members are encouraged to visit these participating shops and vote for their favorite!
