The Tottenham & District Lions Club is involved in a couple of upcoming events:
• July 7th: The Classic Car Show at the Tottenham Conservation Area. “We always help with the registration, but we are again running our BBQ, to cook up some great stuff for your breakfast and lunch,” said a Club representative. “Our bacon on a bun is out of this world. I believe our popcorn machine will be popping up great popcorn all day also. Any money we raise from the sale of this will go right back to the community.”
• July 14th: Annual Seniors Picnic. This event, previously held at the Tottenham Conservation Area, have moved to the Tottenham Legion. This free event includes a barbecue lunch with all the trimmings, and entertainment. The Picnic starts at 11:30 a.m. and is for residents 60 and over.
