Tottenham Lions Club news

March 21, 2013   ·   0 Comments

Newfie Nite has come and gone, and the Tottenham & District Lions Club would like to thank all the people that came out to this event, having a great time in the process.  This event was a fundraiser, and all proceeds raised will go towards the ‘No Child Without’, a program that supplies Medic Alert bracelets to any child in the school  that is in need of them, free of charge.

This is our third year for this program. The Lions hope that many children will again benefit from this program. Medic Alert bracelets allow medical personnel to understand a child’s needs and help them much faster.

Before you know it, summer will be here and you will also see the Club working the gate at Bluegrass, running the Seniors Picnic, working at the Classic Car Show, and running  a B.B.Q. the day of the Car Show.

Are you interested in finding our more about our Club? Call Eva Bradley, our Membership Chairperson, at 905 936-4907, or any Lions member.
