Crime Stoppers of Simcoe-Dufferin-Muskoka along with Nottawasaga OPP are requesting the assistance of the public in solving this crime.
On Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 1:30 p.m., two male suspects entered the Rainbow Mall Pharmasave Pharmacy located at 1 Massey Street in Angus. One of the suspects locked the front doors, while the second suspect walked back to the drug dispensing area and demanded drugs.
Upon leaving the drug dispensing area, the male suspect sprayed an unknown irritant, believed to be bear spray over the counter area toward the employees.
Suspects described as:
1. Male white wearing a bright green hooded sweatshirt and a red/orange ball cap jeans and a dark jacket with a logo on the front left chest area.
2. Male, white wearing baggy jeans and a dark colored hooded jacket.
Security video from a neighbouring retail store revealed a beige older model (1999–2003) Chevrolet Malibu. Police are attempting to locate the vehicle.
A large quantity of various strengths of Oxy-Neo, Oxy-IR, PMS Oxycodone and Hydromorphs were stolen.
