What’s happening at the Legion in Tottenham?

We hope your Thanksgiving was plentiful.
This Friday October 23, 2015 we are having a bit of a change-up. There will be baked macaroni and cheese with mild Italian sausage or you can have spaghetti and sauce with mild Italian sausage, tea or coffee and dessert, All for $10 per person from 5:30 p.m. until sold out.
Coming up on Saturday, October 31st the Legion is hosting a Halloween Dance Party in the Clubroom. Great prizes for Best Costume. No Cover Charge. We hope to see you there.
Remembrance Dinner this year will be held on Saturday November 7th. Come and help us celebrate with pride those that served and survived and those that paid the ultimate price and did not make it home. Cocktails at 6 p.m., dinner served at 7 p.m. Tickets are $12.50 per person. Tickets are available at the Bar in the Clubroom. “Lest We Forget”
A Friendly Reminder, our kitchen cook staff do not prepare dinner on the Friday of all long weekends. This allows those who volunteer their time and energy to make Friday Night Dinners a chance to have the long weekend off to be with friends and family like everyone else.
May we take this opportunity to thank the individuals who come in and volunteer with the set-up, preparing, cooking, ticket selling, serving, replenishing, clearing, cleaning up and the other things that need to be done when all is said and done. Then they get planning and prepared for the next weeks dinner. We want to thank each and every one of our volunteers for their dedication and tireless support for our Legion. Thank you so, so much!
