Wood chipper recovered

The Nottawasaga OPP Street Crime Unit and Uniformed personnel executed a warrant on June 6, 2013 at an address on County Road 27, Essa Township.
The property stolen was a 2009 Bandit XP-150 Wood Chipper with an approximate value of $35,000 and a 2010 Layton 301 Travel Trailer valued at approximately $24,000, it was stolen from Halton Region area. Nottawasaga OPP seized these two items during the execution of the warrant and they will be returned to their lawful owners.
Charged with two counts of Possession of Stolen Property over $5000 is 49 year old Innisifil resident Jules Fortier of Innisfil. He will appear in court on the June 25.
The investigation will continue with the potential for further charges.
