The Ask an Expert webinar series hosted by the County of Simcoe will explore key considerations for employers if their employees are working remotely, in the office, or adopting a hybrid model of work, during an upcoming seminar.
This session will include information with regards to potential work models, employee expectations, and legal risk areas around vaccination policies and other changes required to enable various work models.
This event is the first of a two-part mini-series on transitioning work models.
Several experts on the topic will be speaking during the seminar.
Maciej Lipinski is a senior associate with KPMG Canada. He is a management-side lawyer whose practice focuses on employment and labour law and advises employers on a wide range of issues including employment standards, labour relations, policies and contracts, wrongful dismissal claims, health and safety, and human rights.
Shesta Babar is a director in the People and Change group within KMG’s management consulting practice. Shesta specializes in corporate service transformations, change management, learning and development, organization strategy and design.
Recently, Shesta has been involved in advising clients on a safe return to work strategy as well as setting up long term remote and hybrid work programs to help navigate business and people challenges while achieving employee experience and productivity targets.
