The spooky season is here, and if you’re a fan of all things Halloween, you can take a ghostwalk tour that will leave you with goose bumps and make the hair on the back of you neck stand up.
Sponsored by the Town of New Tecumseth, the walks will take place at three historic locations in Alliston, Beeton, and Tottenham.
This will be a lantern-lit journey into the darker side of local history where true tales of murder, mystery, and mayhem refuse to rest in peace.
You can expect chills, screams, and the occasional ghostly photobomb!
In Tottenham, Cael Cohen returns to guide you through terror, including two eerie new stops guaranteed to rattle your nerve.
The Tottenham walk will begin at the Taste of Freedom Restaurant, at 24 Mill Street West.
In Beeton, the walk will be hosted by local Master of the Macabre, Marlo Harley, and will start at the Muddy Water Hotel at 24 Main Street West. The stories have been rewritten and are now officially 30 per cent more bone-chilling.
The Alliston walk will convene at the Museum on the Boyne. Back from the grave, Sean Derraugh, a.k.a Jack the Ripper, returns and adds a brand-new haunted stop that will make your skin crawl.
This is a free event. There is no registration, just show up and be prepared to be scared.
The walks will take place on Friday (Oct. 24) at 8 p.m., Saturday (Oct. 25) at 8 p.m., and Halloween Night – Friday (Oct. 31) at 9 p.m.
