OPP investigate third armed robbery in New Tecumseth

At 9:53 a.m. on May 14, Nottawasaga OPP were dispatched to an Armed Robbery on Victoria Street in Downtown Alliston. Preliminary investigation reveals lone male armed with knife robbed the Fast Cash store and stole an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on Foot. Central Region OPP K-9 and Emergency Response Team were on scene and are on a track. Central Region Forensic Identification unit,Crime Unit and Nottawasaga Street crime unit are also on site assisting in investigation. No further details will be released as this time. This is an ongoing criminal investigation.
