Alliston’s newest business offers huge selection of kitchenware

A brand new Alliston business offers a wide variety of kitchen-related items at Victoria Street E. Location.
VK Modern Kitchenware opened its doors earlier this month and held a grand opening event on Thursday, Mar. 23, to welcome the public and let everyone know they are new in town and open for business.
The store features a huge inventory of kitchenware, with many items imported from overseas.
It is a family owned business with several members of the family involved.
“We opened two weeks ago,” explained Pashcana Kayumi. “We try to get excellent quality products but at an affordable price. We get a lot of things from Turkey, which are a higher brand, but we try to remain affordable. We have products from everywhere, not only Turkey. If someone wanted something from somewhere like China, we can get it. We have all sorts of kitchenware as well as antique items as well.”
The shelves are stocked with many unique items you won’t find anywhere else.
Members of the public and local dignitaries turned out for the grand opening and to welcome the new store to the business community in Alliston.
