Alliston’s newest real estate office now open

Alliston’s newest real estate office is now open on Victoria Street.
Cassidy & Joe Real Estate team offices held a grand opening on Friday, Mar. 31, in their newly renovated downtown offices. The new offices are bright, spacious and modern.
Cassidy LeMoine and Joe Little are working under the umbrella of ReMax in Alliston.
“We are a full restate service,” Joe explained. “We do everything here, and we have a team of professionals that do everything. We [have] a staging area that we use to stage a home and make it look good. It takes a bit of work to stage a house. This way we can use our own stagers that we have on staff.”
The offices are on two levels so that clients can enter through the Victoria Street entrance or the rear parking lot area.
The staging area has different home furnishings they use to enhance a home’s appearance when it’s on the market for sale.
The office held a grand opening on Friday, Mar. 31.
Many friends, family and dignitaries arrived to wish them well and tour the new facility.
