There is another edition of Ask and Expert coming up and it will focus on how to partner with local post-secondary schools to help build a robust talent pool for an organization.
The series is hosted by the County of Simcoe Economic Development Office.
Guest speakers will be Jessica Lovett, director of career services and co-op with Lakehead University, and Brett Wismer, employer relations consultant of co-operative education and career success with Georgina College.
During the webinar, attendees will learn about effective strategies for talent acquisition – this will cover various methods you can use to attract and retain talent by engaging with local post-secondary institutions.
They’ll also learn about partnerships with Georgian College and Lakehead University – specific insights will be shared on how to establish and maintain meaningful partnerships with two of the biggest post-secondary schools in Simcoe County.
As well, the webinar will focus on the Enhancing Talent Strategy – this discussion will highlight how collaborating with local schools can drive innovation and growth within organizations.
