A new Ask an Expert webinar series, sponsored by the County of Simcoe, will help business owners gain helpful insights on strategies to build new workplace and service modules.
The seminar will feature tips on what factors to consider when making choices, how to communicate decisions to your business team, and how to keep a connected an engaged workforce.
As more and more businesses are planning new work and service industry delivery models that will be effective for their customers, this will reflect a change in company culture and the employees can move forward.
The Ask and Expert webinar will help make businesses make smart choices when moving forward.
The session will be led by Dr. Lisa Belanger, a behavioural change expert. She will discuss the pros and cons of different work models, including remote, hybrid, and in-person.
Dr. Lisa Bélanger specializes in showing leaders and teams how insights from psychology, neuroscience, and behavioural science can be applied in the workplace to optimize performance, productivity, and innovation.
Dr. Bélanger holds a PhD in Behavioural Medicine, and is a Certified Exercise Physiologist, a researcher at the University of Calgary, and an instructor at the University of Alberta Executive Education.
Topics discussed will include understanding culture integration between virtual an in-person work and key considerations for selecting a work model.
The session will also include how to prepare your leadership team for your working model of choice, how to stay connected despite changing work and service delivery models, and how to create an inclusive business environment.
