The County is committed to working with member municipalities to support the pursuit of higher education.

There are 22 bursaries worth $3,000 each that are available to County of Simcoe students attending a post-secondary institution in Canada.

One bursary is guaranteed to one resident residing in each of the County of Simcoe’s 16 member municipalities and the City of Orillia.

Bursaries are available to full-time and part-time Simcoe County students entering any year of post-secondary education in Canada.

Students from all 16 of the County of Simcoe’s member municipalities as well as the City of Orillia are eligible to apply.
