EV chargers coming to New Tecumseth Recreation Centre

The Town of New Tecumseth is installing electric vehicle chargers at the New Tecumseth Recreation Centre (NRTC).
Eight new electric vehicle chargers will be installed at the southeast corner of the parking lot at the NTRC.
This is the Town’s contribution to stepping toward a greener future.
Residents and visitors will soon be able to conveniently charge their EVs while enjoying the wide range of programs, events, and amenities offered by the popular local recreation centre.
The chargers are expected to be operational in the coming days, in time for the busy summer recreation season.
Whether you are attending a hockey game, fitness class, or community event, you can now plug in and power up your vehicle while visiting the NTRC.
