For the second time, a suspicious fire in a new subdivision in the Village of Colgan has damaged a house under construction.
According to Nottawasaga OPP, police and firefighters were called to the subdivision at County Road 14 and Concession 8 just before 1 a.m. on July 23 for a structure fire.
The fire was quickly extinguished by firefighters and no injuries were reported.
The case is being treated as arson.
Police say three suspects – two described as wearing all black – are involved and were captured on video surveillance leaving the scene and heading south on Concession Road in a white-coloured sedan.
The make and model of the vehicle have not yet been identified.
The investigation is ongoing.

Police are asking anyone who was driving in the area between midnight and 1 a.m. on July 23, with a dash camera or video footage to contact the OPP.
