Man known to frequent New Tecumseth wanted on Canada Wide Warrant

A federal offender who is known to frequent Beeton, Alliston and Barrie, is wanted by authorities.

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of his Statutory Release.

Thomas Andrew Hackettis described as a White Male, 50 years of age, 5′ 7″ (170 cm), 170 lbs. (77 kgs) with a fair complexion, brown hair and blue eyes. Hackett has surgical scars on his right upper arm, right ankle, left ankle and abdomen. He also has several tattoos;

  • ‘HACKETT’ –upper back
  • ‘TOM’ – left upper arm
  • A lion – left upper arm,
  • ‘JESS’ – right upper arm
  • ‘THE GOOD DIE YOUNG’ – right forearm
  • Coat of arms – right forearm
  • Leaves – right forearm

Thomas Andrew HACKETT is serving a two-year sentence for:

  • operation of motor vehicle while impaired
  • operation of motor vehicle while prohibited
  • failure / refuse to comply with demand
  • assault – intentional use of force
  • fail to comply with probation order
