Mischief at South Simcoe Railway

On May 2, the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a complaint of mischief that occurred on the property of the South Simcoe Railway sometime between  6 p.m., Saturday, April 30 and 9 a.m., Monday, May 2. The South Simcoe Railway property is located between Mill Street and Sullivan Street in Tottenham.
Investigation reveals that one locomotive and two rail cars were vandalized by unknown persons.  A value of the total damage has not yet been provided. Suspects broke windows in the locomotive, as well as several windows in the rail cars. In one of the rail cars, antique items were either severely damaged or destroyed.
Evidence was gathered at the scene in hopes of identifying the suspects.
