The Junior Division of the North Dufferin Baseball League will be going into playoffs after wrapping up the final two regular season games.

The Creemore Padres finished in the top spot with 29 points. The Padres finished with a 14-3-1 record this year.
The defending champion Orillia Royals ended the regular season in second place with 24 points.
Orillia managed to win 12 games before heading into their final outing of the season.
The Barrie Baycats finished in the number three spot in the regular season standings. The Baycats had a good season with a 10-7 record with one game left to play.
In the number four spot, the Mansfield Cubs struggled a fair bit this season and didn’t manage to tip their record to the plus side. They finished with an 8-9-1 record and 17 points.
The Innisfil Cardinals broke even this season with an 8-8 record with two games left on their schedule.
The Orangeville Bengals managed to secure a playoff spot and will be the low seed in the playoff rankings.
Orangeville won six games after being on the diamond 18 times.
It has been a good season for the Juniors in the NDBL this year with a lot of exciting games. They also have a dedicated fan base that comes out to watch the games.
League executives were holding a meeting on Monday (July 15) night to determine the schedule for the Junior Division playoffs.
As of the weekend, the following teams will be playing each other in the opening round.
Series one: Creemore Padres v.s. Orangeville Bengals.
Series two: Orillia Royals v.s. Innisfil Cardinals.
Series three: Barrie Baycats v.s. Mansfield Cubs.
The opening round of playoffs will be a best-of-three series, so teams will have to bring their best game to the competition.
