Nottawasaga OPP investigate shooting in Alliston

The Nottawasaga OPP is currently investigating a shooting incident that occurred in Alliston on Thursday, Feb. 22.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting in front of a residence on Kidd Crescent, around 5:00 p.m., and located a victim.
The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital shortly after the arrival of police and paramedics.
The victim has been listed in stable condition.
Three male suspects were described as wearing dark clothing and masks. They were seen leaving the area in a white Toyota Camry.
Investigators believe this is an isolated incident and there is no immediate threat to public safety.
The investigation is ongoing by the Nottawasaga OPP Major Crime Unit, with assistance from the OPP Forensic Identification Services.
