Nottawasaga OPP seeking video footage for ongoing investigation

The Nottawasaga OPP is investigating an incident that occurred in Alliston on Wednesday, Dec. 13, at approximately 12:59 a.m.

During the course of the investigation, police learned that a dark-coloured Mazda SUV was present in the vicinity of Kidd Cres., John W Taylor Ave., Boyne Cres., Victoria St., Young St., and King St., in Allison between the hours of 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 a.m., on Dec. 13.

Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating this vehicle.

Anyone in the community possessing video surveillance or dashcam footage recorded during the specified time frame can upload their video using the link: E231636667 – Alliston – Axon Community Request Portal (evidence.com). This collaborative effort will aid the police in the investigation of this incident.

At this time, police do not believe there is a threat to public safety. No further information will be released at this time as it is an ongoing investigation.
