OPP investing arson in Adjala-Tosorontio

Members of the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were called to a structure fire at a residence in Adjala-Tosorontio just after 2:36 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 29.
The residence is located on Marigold Boulevard at a new subdivision in the area of Country Road 14 and Concession Road 8.
Members of the Nottawasaga OPP and crews from the Adjala-Tosorontio Fire Department attended the scene and were able to safely extinguish the fire. The residence appeared to be under construction before the fire took place, and no injuries have been reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
There have been several instances of suspicious fires in this subdivision, with OPP still looking for three suspects who were captured on video in an earlier fire.
The Nottawasaga OPP is actively investigating the incident and is seeking the public’s assistance.
