Procyon Wildlife announces popular sports broadcaster to emcee gala fundraiser

A local wildlife rehabilitation and rescue group is holding a fundraising gala and recently announced some of what’s planned for the evening.
Procyon Wildlife is holding its inaugural gala on Dec. 1 at the Best Western Plus in Orangeville to fundraise for their animal rescue service, which receives no government funding. Procyon solely relies on donations from the public and corporate sponsors.
The organization announced earlier this week that Canadian sports broadcaster Andi Petrillo will emcee the event, and renowned wildlife artist Michael Pape is the guest speaker. Pape will be sharing his experiences painting Canadian wildlife, and his art will be on display, available for purchase.
Mars Giammarco and his band Echo are providing live music.
Gourmandissimo will cater the gala.
There will be a live and silent auction.
Tickets are $200 per person and include a $50 tax receipt.
