It takes a lot of time, skill, and effort to create a beautiful handmade quilt, and the Quilting Corners Guild will present their work to the public during an upcoming quilt show.
The show, titled ‘Stitching Among Friends’, will feature a variety of quilts and related items.
In addition to quilts on display, there will be wall hangings and quilted apparel.
Held over two days, the show will also have a mini-auction, a quilt raffle, a merchant mall, a tea room and a corner store.
The show will take place at the Alliston Curling Rink, 52 Albert St. W., Alliston, on Saturday, June 7, and Sunday, June 8, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under.
