Serious injuries in two-car crash on Country Road 10

At approximately 5:55 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 15, members of the Nottawasaga Detachment, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were called to the scene of a two car crash on County Road 10, between the 10th and 11th Lines of New Tecumseth.
Air Ambulance, as well as Simcoe County Paramedics, transported 6 individuals to area hospitals for treatment. Some of those injured are considered serious but not life threatening.
Technical Traffic Collision Investigators (TTCI) were called to the scene to piece together the cause of the collision which involved a northbound vehicle with 5 occupants and a southbound vehicle with one occupant. New Tecumseth Fire Service also assisted at the scene.
County Road 10 was closed for several hours.
