The Simcoe County Museum is opening its doors to the public as a result of the easing of public health measures.
The Museum will continue to maintain existing health measures while the province follows the Roadmap to Reopen protocol.
If you would like to visit the museum you must pre-register at: museum.simcoe.ca to book a timeslot.
Groups of up to ten people may register by providing their name, contact information and city or town of residence. This is requested in the event that COVID-19 tracing is required.
All visitors to the museum must wear a facemask while in museum buildings as well as sanitize their hands before entering.
A current exhibit is titled, Take the Infinite Journey – a cultural exploration of the historic past as well as the future.
The museum is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., by appointment only while the provincial safety guidelines are in effect.
The Simcoe County Museum is located at 1151 Highway 26, in Minesing.
