South Simcoe Police are requesting assistance from the public in relation to a theft which occurred at the 400 Market located at Industrial Park Road in Innisfil on the morning of May 3.
South Simcoe Police responded to a report that a vendor from the 400 Flea Market had been robbed in the parking lot.
Initial information indicated that six suspects arrived in a light-coloured van and stole approximately $300,000 worth of merchandise from the victim. The suspect vehicle was identified as a 2008 blue Toyota Sienna. Through the investigation, officers located the suspect vehicle parked in a lot at Innisfil Beach Road and Industrial Park Road, a short distance from where the incident occurred.
Police have obtained video footage and are releasing the following image in an appeal for public information.

This incident appears to be isolated, and there is no ongoing risk to public safety. Members of the South Simcoe Police Criminal Investigative Services – Crimes Against Persons Unit are actively investigating this incident, and it remains ongoing.
Investigators are asking anyone who may have information, surveillance camera footage or dash camera footage from May 3, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. in the area of Innisfil Beach Road and Industrial Park Road, to contact 905-775-3311 ext. 1461 or email investigations@southsimcoepolice.ca.
